Solvinity announces agreement to be acquired by Kyndryl Netherlands

Amsterdam, 7 November 2025 – The shareholders of Solvinity Group B.V., a provider of secure managed cloud platforms and services in the Netherlands, entered into an agreement for Solvinity to be acquired by Kyndryl Netherlands B.V., a leading provider of mission-critical enterprise technology services.

These expanded capabilities help clients run highly sensitive workloads with strict security and compliance requirements and navigate evolving regulations around data sovereignty. Clients will benefit from a broad portfolio of robust security capabilities, cloud platform services, AI applications, and experts with extensive national and international certifications (SOC1, SOC2, ISAE), enabling them to innovate and focus on their core business.

The terms of the intended transaction have not been disclosed. The transaction is subject to consultation with the relevant works councils and approval by the appropriate authorities.
